NSERC CREATE & Training
ECTI plays a key role in educating students, with hundreds of graduate students, undergraduate students, and postdoctoral facility users every year. In addition, ECTI promotes advanced educational opportunities through hands-on training in our cleanrooms, special events such as lectures and workshops, and an undergraduate scholarship program.
Through the NSERC CREATE Program in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, which emphasizes the integration of electronics and photonics at the nanoscale, trainees are provided with skills suitable for both academic and industrial careers. During the course of the program, students will develop the skills to conceive, design, fabricate, test, and market next-generation devices and systems with enhanced functionality.
